With no rules, think from what the race involves. It's held at an indoor venue, averaging 1 hour 32 minutes. You run 8km, do 80m of burpees with your chest touching the floor, and 100m of lunges with your knee touching the floor. You sweat, rub against the floor, and squat a lot. You need both a running outfit and a gym outfit.
